About the Role

Lead Software Developer ($2,000 for the spring semester, roughly $18/hr for 8 hr/week, negotiable) Key Responsibilities - Lead development on a program capable of converting PCB Gerber files to a 3D model (3MF or STL). Some basic code is already in place to work from. - Include user adjustability to account for different printing parameters. - Write web-based user interface (in collaboration with Lead Web Developer). - Formal requirements and expectations agreed upon in our first team meeting. Desired Skills - Fluency in programming language (Python preferred, but open to anything). - Ability to link program with web-based UI (with assistance of Web Developer). - Some familiarity with circuit board design process and 3D printing is preferred. - All years welcome to apply!
