About the Role

CatNap is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the end-to-end development of our mobile booking platform. This role requires a technical co-founder mindset, with expertise in architecting and deploying scalable mobile applications, integrating with hotel property management systems (PMS), and implementing dynamic pricing models. The CTO will drive the product roadmap, oversee future engineering hires, and ensure the platform meets the highest standards of security, performance, and usability.

Key responsibilities include: designing and building a native iOS and Android application with a frictionless UI/UX for hourly hotel booking, architecting a scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling real-time hotel availability, pricing, and booking transactions, developing a dynamic pricing and inventory management system, integrating with hotel PMS and channel managers via APIs, and ensuring seamless payment processing and fraud prevention using Stripe or other third-party payment gateways.
