Tervi is a one-stop platform for home improvements in Latin America that provides homeowners access to design, financing, and construction services to enhance their units.
Problem
There are over 40 Million households in substandard conditions in Latin America. This issue is further exacerbated by an aging housing stock and an increasing market of unfinished housing. In Colombia alone, 70% of purchased homes are delivered completely unfinished as shells that in theory are functional but lack paint, floors, carpentry, cabinets, and every basic element that makes a space livable. The result is an incomplete system that imposes additional accessibility and financial barriers for low and mid-income homeowners to live more successfully and comfortably. Renovating a home in LatAm is a nightmare and today alternatives are informal, fragmented, expensive, and inaccessible for most customers.

Our platform automates different design solutions with available materials to fit the homeowner's budget, connects them with lenders to finance the job, and pairs them with vetted contractors to execute the fit-out.
