About the Role

Responsibilities: Transition our early-stage prototype to a market-leading product. Ensure excellence in hardware and technology offerings. Lead and inspire the technical team for innovation and growth. Maintain effective communication and collaboration within the team, especially the full-time ios App developers, smart contract developers and block chain developers. Contribute to strategic planning and execution of technology-driven solutions. Qualifications: Proven successful record of achievements in blockchain technology development or research. Strong leadership presence and advanced technical proficiency in blockchain and cryptography. In-depth experience with AI technologies, especially multimodal AI and large language models (LLMs) within the healthcare field is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of cryptographic protocols, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZK) and Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) encryption. Expertise in implementing decentralized storage solutions on the blockchain, such as Arweave and IPFS. Exceptional communication skills and proven success in fostering collaboration across international teams and with co-founders.
